Soft glowing opaque (not milkshake) yellow with a proud foamy and frothy white cap with excellent retention and lacing.
Papaya, grapefruit, and blueberries bursting out of the glass. It does smell a bit sweet with a lemon-lime like tartness as well.
I'm beginning to think the use of marshmallows was light handed, thank God. Still sweet, but I've had plenty others with an intense confectioners sugar cringing effect. The berries and citrus are again apparent, and a lovely burnt rubber finish reminds me of neo classic icons of the style.
Sweet? Yes, but clean, well carbonated, and complete with a final bitter bite. Goes down very easily.
Well made and not what I was expecting based on the description. I'd actually buy more of this on it's own. Fun take on the style. Cheers.
