I followed up a pint of Block 15's regular pale ale, Print Master, with a pint of this rotational offering brewed with organic grains. Neither really grabbed me, but the EPA (as it's known) stood out for it's regal head with thick clinging lace. The body showed refined clarity with sustained carbonation in a warm auburn color.
A tangy suite of active yeasts, dry cereal crispness, and firm bittering overwhelm the malts somewhat, and the flavor comes across as needlessly tart. There's also an aftertaste that tends to linger.
