Clear, headless, and exceedingly pale yellow, this rotational wheat beer is also tart and cidery. It has no aroma and is served sans lemon though the bittering has modest citric overtones. Gateway is clearer than I've seen a wheat beer in some time and leaves no head or lace but a tight astringency to the teeth.
