Pours a clear yellow amber with exuberant foam in the Stout glass. The most likeable aspect is the sweet, malty taste that greets the lips. Then the hops kick in with their Doc Martens on. Aroma of alfalfa and pine. Sturdy body, plenty spritzy, and sharp on the tongue.

Interesting flavors of corn, blackberry seeds, and cherry. Too bad it is so overly hopped with the wrong stuff. Aftertaste is extremely bitter. Each sip starts out so pleasant, but eventually I am wanting to wash my mouth with something. From the 16 oz can purchased up north at the beer store.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium golden amber with a one finger white head with great retention and thick lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus, dank and lightly piney hops, orange, light grapefruit and pine. Flavor is pale malt, citrus and dank hops, orange, tangerine, grapefruit, a touch of pine. Dankness and a little more pine and citrus rind develops into the finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A sneaky IPA that starts somewhat light and leaning towards a pale ale body and hopping, then the aftertaste really opens up, revealing quite a few more flavors and allowing the herbal dankness to shine. I liked this more and more as I drank it. Kind of an amped up pale ale with great IPA finish. These guys always have something good to offer.

Clear deep gold with two fingers of white head. Rings of lace as the head drops.
Smell is pungent citrus and malty sweetness.
Taste is green herbal dank hops with good bready malt backing.
Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. The finish is medium bitter and lightly dry.
Overall a fine West Coast style IPA.

16 oz. can from Lifesource natural Grocers in Salem OR.
$3.49
I was under the impression that this was a renamed Red, White and Boom, but there appears to be some differences.
Any way
Pours a clear light orange with a lovely tight and creamy white head.
Nice citrus vibes in the aroma. mainly grapefruit, Seville orange and tangerine.
Tastes the same but blended with a nice bready malt base..
Mouth feel is nice..it has a soft body but nice carbonation..semi drying finish.
A very nice IPA
