Can from Uptown Market.
A hazy light yellow with a dense, white head with good retention and lacing this looks great. The nose is pure Nelson glory, with gooseberry, green grape, a little lychee and some spearmint. Mild malt characteristic of the Block 15 house blend. Soft yeast. The palate opens with lots of Nelson character. Gooseberry, green grape, lychee, a little strawberry, a little melon, all with a sweet but balanced hop flavor that doesn't lean toward juicy, but, instead balanced. Mild bitterness. Sweeter on the finish. Mildly floral. Medium light in body, softly carbonated, this feels solid on the palate. Recommended!

Look: Hazy orange in color with a nice eggshell colored head that holds nicely and leaves great lacing as it settles
Aroma: Peach, Gewurztraminer grapes (white table grapes, lychee/sweet rose), Cannabis, some orange-led citrus notes, mango, and a sweet malt base
Taste: Mango and lychee fruit come on strong and hard, joined quickly by peach and weed notes, and these all dance over an awesome soft, bready malt score. Almost no truly detectable bite on the close and finishes very soft
Mouthfeel: Smooth, full bodied, and super soft all around (any oats in this?). Medium-high carbonation and zero dryness
Overall: A delicious beer here. I was a little nervous after pouring this as most hazy [looking] IPA’s are not my cup of tea but I’ll try anything from a brewer that I respect plus the mere mention of Nelson Sauvin hops had me sold when I saw it. Glad I did as this is an awesome vessel for fully displaying the awesomeness and uniqueness of this hop varietal – mango, white grapes (Gewurz for me even more so), Cannabis, and peaches. A very soft beer too but lacking the traits that keep me away from hazies. Well done and highly recommended for Nelson fans
