Year old bottle (May 2020). Been constantly refridgerated.
Pours a dark tangerine colour..orange/red. Lovely looking light cream coloured head. Nice looking beer. Though I spoted some massive floaties ..but didn't pour them.
Nice mellow cherry and acetic aroma.
MMM lovely sourness with a good fruitiness. I think the year maybe has mellowed it but its only a trifle puckering. Now beginning to smooth out.
Nice small bubbled carbonation . Makes for a nice easy drink.
Nice beer could even see it cellearing for another year..if i had another!

Bing 2020 Edition, bottled May 2020. Small, creamy, light pink tinted head with a dark magenta body.
Smell is guezey, sour cherry pie, a little bicarbonate.
Taste tart and acidic, the cherry is not as pronounced as the funk, which makes sense seeing as it was aged up to 3 years in the barrel prior to bottling. Consequently, it's not too complex. The bread notes hinted at in the nose are a touch more prominent in the taste, but the predominant flavor is acid.
Mouthfeel is dry, medium-light bodied.
Drinkability is ok good, nice pucker and a bit of cherry, the strength is hidden, but lacks the depth for contemplation.
