Brewed exclusively with Centennial hops from CLS Farms in Moxee, Washington, the simple PNW-grain profile of this IPA allows Centennial’s vibrant notes of grapefruit, orange, and pine to shine.

Had this beer yesterday at Final Draft. This beer pours a nice golden color with a small head. The aroma is tropical fruit, the taste is fruit and slight pine bitterness, not bad. Probably my least favorite of the 4 I tried.

Canned March 10th. Another hop component of Sticky Hands. Hazy pour, light nose of grassy hints, some bread dough and maybe a bit of fruit - not close to the Strata's intensity. Head was modest and faded quickly away. Taste is moderate bitterness with a lot of flavor. There's no indication from B15 if they kept the malt bill uniform across the three beers in this series. Kinda grows on you.

Look: Hazy orange with an excitable pure white head that swells and settles to a film, leaving great lacing clinging to the glass
Aroma: Holy hell, I smelled it when I poured it. Rose flower and rose petals, fir tree needles, lemon-led citrus, wafts of pine, and very light malt that barely comes through the hop storm
Taste: A tremendous floral onslaught ensues on the first sip; rose, hawthorn, cherry blossom, and magnolia to name a few, and before my brain can wrap around more specifics, lemon, pine, and fir needles join the mix. Conifer notes hold through and rose rejoins for the close along with a light bite
Mouthfeel: Full, a little slick – flirting with oily, medium-high carbonation, and a soft finish with a light astringency
Overall: This is awesome and really tasty. After being blown away with the Citra version, I was pumped when I saw this last weekend as I figured I’d missed out. A great showcase of Centennial’s uniqueness with rose-dominated floral notes, lemon, and conifers all in a nice package and with a malt bill that supports but never competes with the hops. Another winner and again, highly recommended
