Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a hazy, medium golden amber with a four finger white head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus and dank hops, tangerine, graperfruit, mixed tropical fruit; spicy. Flavor is caramel malt, citrus, dank and fruit hops, grapefruit, orange, mixed tropical fruit and weed dankness; fruit esters fleetingly arrive near the finish, which ends dank. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A fun hop bill in this one, kind of busy with hints of various fruit that seem to appear and disappear as the taste progresses, but with a solid core of Citra and dankness. A little resinous in the end, although not piney. I like ephemeral estery fruit notes and this one has a bit of that near the finish. One of the better variants of this great series of IPAs.

Interesting take on SH; has a more pronounced juicier hop presence that pushes the caramel further into the background, but still remains relatively sticky and floral. Lots of citrus, tropical fruit and caramel. Medium body, good carbonation.

16 oz. single can from Lifesource Natural Grocers in Salem OR.
$4.29
Citra, Mosaic, Centennial and Strata hops.
pours a slightly opaque orange coloured body with a superb frothy/rocky eggshell white head.
Aroma is very pungent, lemon juice, grapefruit, strawberry jam, and a bit of Ye Olde Oregon dank
Taste the same very balanced. All the diverse flavours meld into one enjoyable mouthful.,
Nice smooth yet exciting mouth feel to this one. Finishes sweet but not sticky.
Very nice indeed. But not sure if it is better then the original
