Light color, plenty of aroma. Modest head. Massive flavor. The purpose of the DAB series is to highlight hop flavors preserved in a variety of ways. You get plenty of dry-hopped taste here, with a punch upfront of a herbal bitterness melting into a longer finish with fruit and pine. Dry taste, light carbonation, very light malt base. Worthwhile seeking out.

no palate contaminants
Color is dark yellow, although I don't quite know that I could call it orange. Cloudy, although a little light can obviously penetrate a little ways. Very fine while head, and a nice amount of it.
Really pleasant pine scent to start with. White grapefruit isn't particularly strong. In fact, that's the main detriment for the nose, lack of strength. Some lemongrass and light bready malt are also present.
Both the malt and hops are strong, but lacking the range of flavors that some spoiled dude like me has become accustomed to. It's fairly bitter, although at least the pine flavor is strong enough to compete. They're even balanced okay. It takes a while for the grapefruit that was so obvious on the nose to show up, but it is there late.
Very well integrated fine carbonation. Medium-heavy weight for the type, and it does have a smooth feel. The bitterness in the taste dissipates about half way by the aftertaste.

Can from Uptown Market.
A mildly hazy straw yellow with a dense white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is a thoroughly unique combination of floral and fruit notes, a blend of tropical, citrus fruits with jasmine, rose and a little hibiscus almost. Mango, peach, papaya, clementines, kiwi, almost melon-like. Wild. A touch of yeasty esters complement the fruit in a compelling way. The palate opens fruity and sweet, rather NEIPA-like but with a goal of expanding beyond the typical tropical fruit menagerie that most focus on. Floral and fruity with lychee, kiwi, peach, clementines, this is a lot of fun to deconstruct. The yeast adds a mild peachy note. Mildly sweet on the finish. Quite excellent.
