Clear pale amber with plenty of foam in the chalice. Light and sudsy on the tongue with a grainy nose. You could call this a Vienna Lager since it's more malty than the usual adjunct brews. It's quite pleasant and more flavorful than most Mexican brews. More of a bitter hop twang in the aftertaste as well. In fact, that's the main fault— it grows too bitter for comfort. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 03/26/25.

Look: Almost clear pure yellow with a nice-looking white head that settles to a lid and leaves good lacing behind as it settles
Aroma: Cereal grains, soda crackers, light corn, and wafts of floral hops
Taste: Grains and crackers come together on the onset and linger while corn sweetness starts to build in the background eventually breaking in and grabbing hold. Mild floral hops dance around throughout and closes with light sweetness and floral hop notes
Mouthfeel: Light but not watery, clean, medium-high carbonation, and crisp and clean on the finish
Overall: I dig it. This is a solid chela and easy to drink on the nice, warm day. Pretty typical per style with corn, grains, floral notes, and crackers and a tasty beer all around. Buena y la tomeria otra vez

Clear yellow pour with a full white head and mild lacing. Smell and taste are clones: rustic corn, crisp lager malt, grainy yeast and a grassy hop finish. Feel is light yet has good crispness and bitterness to set apart. A really nice mexican lager that is a cut above. The wife liked it

Great looking pour. There's always something to like about a well-crafted Adjunct Lager. This one offers crystal-clear pour, good frothy head, light yeast aroma. Taste is slightly sweet from the corn, good malt roasted notes and modest bitterness. It's not quite the best we've had, but it's a serious contender.
