Slightly hazy, a light foam topper, fades away. Fruity aroma, not across-the-room strong, but pleasant. Good taste, if a bit one - dimensional. Carbonation is ok. The malt base is likewise present but adds little overall. A good; we've had better from the DAB Lab.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a hazy, medium golden amber with a two finger white head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of pale malt, citrus hops, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine and a little pine. Flavor is pale malt, citrus hops, lemon, grapefruit, light pine and some mixed light tropical fruit. Lightly piney and citrus rind finish with moderate bitterness and fleeting fruit esters. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. The aroma on opening was unmistakable Citra hops. Aroma in the glass and the taste both emphasize Citra's strengths with mixed citrus and a dab of pine, but also with some interesting mixed tropical fruit notes that were more pronounced and lightly estery in the finish. This hop is one of the mainstays for the West Coast IPAs that I love and it's great experiencing on its own here. As usual with this series, a solid malt that stands back and lets the hop flavors show. Very nice.

Look: As expected and typical with this series, pours a hazy medium yellow and a huge, frothy head quickly builds and slowly settles to a lid, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Peaches, Cara Cara orange, ruby-red grapefruit, kumquats, strawberries, Sumo mandarins, and some sweet bready malt
Taste: A little sweet malt and mixed berries is how it opens up but just as those hit the tongue, a humongous blast of citrus fruits hit the palate with force and start developing. Ripe peaches and a barrage of citrus flesh, rind, and juice are all in play, along with more mixed berries – mainly strawberries, raspberries, and gooseberries. Closes with more of the same and a light hop bite
Mouthfeel: Full, a little slick, medium-high carbonation, and a faint hint of dryness on the close
Overall: This is awesome. This might be my favorite of this entire series that I’ve tried to date and also further helps Citra, a hop I’ve always liked from its inception, to top 3 status – easy. This is tasty, well-made, and reminds me a lot of the Dab Lab version of these folks’ phenomenal ‘Selection Series’ of Citra. Highly recommended

Can from Uptown Market.
A hazy orange with a dense off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose has a big, punchy citrus hop character, bright, fruity, a little resiny and oily with some grassy notes. The classic Block 15 yeast character is present, fruity and a little chewy. The palate opens fruity and bright with lots of citrus and a touch of freshly mown grass. Mildly bitter, there's the same-y B15 house malt profile, mildly sweet and bready. Mildly fruity on the finish. Decent.
