Look: Crystal clear and straw-colored in the glass with a lofty head that builds and settles to a lid, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Pilsner malt, soda crackers, floral hops, light biscuit notes, and a faint sweetness as well
Taste: Biscuit and cracker-driven malts open it up and go back and forth for position as nice, light floral hop notes weave in. These all play nicely off one another until a light honey-like sweet note closes it out
Mouthfeel: Light but not watery, medium-high carbonation, very clean throughout, and a crisp and clean finish
Overall: This is some good stuff. Another winner from these folks and in this series too as I’ve enjoyed the previous two quite a bit. I forgot to review this one when it first came out so it’s got some age on it but given the style, it hasn’t dropped off much except for some of the floral hop presence

Can from The Beermongers.

A clear light yellow with a dense, white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is fantastic. Fresh, bready pilsner malt, grainy, deeply flavorful, with a bright, lemony hop character. The malt really shines on the palate with a delicately sweet bread and dough flavor, grainy and clean, with a subtle restraining bitterness. Soft, doughy, ridiculously clean, with a mild bitterness that lingers. Lemon, earth and a brisk but creamy carbonation are present. Very good.

Block 15's lagers haven't hugely impressed, particularly because of the stiff local competition, but this one is great.
