Look: Hazy medium orange with a lofty head that balloons up and holds, ever-so-slowly receding and leaving copious lacing behind
Aroma: Peach, cantaloupe melon, lemon and lime gummy bears, sweetened blueberries, wafts of Gewurtzraminer grapes, and some sweet bready malt
Taste: Melon and a whole lot of it starts the initial hit and soon ripe peach and blueberries join in the fun. Candied lemon and lime notes along with the sweet rose and Gewurtz grape notes hold the middle and closes with more peach and juicy melon
Mouthfeel: Full, medium-high carbonation, and a decently soft finish with just a little prickliness
Overall: This is good stuff and enlightening as well. Before trying this, I knew little to nothing about Cashmere hops so was very interested in what it brought to the table as I’ve had plenty of beers with it but they also used other hops too so it was fun to see/taste what Cashmere brings. For me, melon, peach, candied lemon-lime, some berries, and Gewurtz grapes and once again, another cool, tasty, and well-made and interesting beer from these folks in this series

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a moderately hazy, medium golden amber with a two finger white head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of pale malt, lemon, orange, cantaloupe and mixed stone fruit; lightly dank. Flavor is pale malt, lemon, green melon and hints of light stone fruit with a touch of dankness. Moderately soft bitterness. Medium bodied with light creaminess. Not sure I've had a Cashmere single hop ale before and it is an interesting mostly lemony flavor with lighter mixed melon and mold mixed stone fruit. The finish bitterness is more like the hazy NE IPA look than the last one I had in this series. I liked the flavor, but would have enjoyed a bit more alpha hop kick.
