From label - cocoa nibs, maple, and coffee beans aged in 9 year George Dinkel bourbon barrels.
Pours black, with a thin khaki colored head that fades. Nice aroma of oak, vanila, dark chocolate, espresso, a touch of caramel and maple - pretty complex. Taste has all the same flavors but I think the bourbon is more prominent, little warm. Full bodied, pretty smooth mouthfeel.
