Featuring classic English malts for support, with a backbone of regionally sourced and processed malts to resemble familiar ingredients true to it’s classic style. This English-style porter balances a medium bitterness and finish, highlighting malt character of chocolate, toffee and subtle coffee notes. the result is a very balanced and highly drinkable beer.

Look: Pitch black on the pour and in the glass with a billowing tan head that balloons to the rim and holds, before finally relenting to a pillow and leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Freshly baked brown bread, dark chocolate, coffee, roast, a little toffee, and some earthiness
Taste: Roast, a huge chocolate note, and earthiness start things off with a bang and the chocolate component immediately deepens into a multi-layered flavor that includes coffee. Bready malt is present throughout and also multi-layered and these all work seamlessly together until earthy notes return for the close
Mouthfeel: Full, smooth, medium-high carbonation, and slightly dry on the finish
Overall: This is really delicious stuff. Better late than never on this one as I figured I’d never see it after initially missing it but glad it popped up and it’s still really good, even with four months on it. A chocolate, coffee, and toffee lovers dream but with a great earthy-hop-led balance and lightly dry finish. Tasty and recommended

Can from Belmont Station.

Black with a brown head with good retention and lacing. The nose is layered with toffee of varying color from light golden to dark brown, with all the depth that you'd expect. Caramel, dark cocoa, a little honey, chicory. The palate opens creamy and bitter with roasted grain, toffee, dark caramel, a little coffee. The malt depth is fantastic but unfortunately, its just a little watery. Dark brown sugar, a little vanilla. Mildly fruity fermentation. Lovely
