Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a hazy golden amber with a three finger white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of pale malt, light citrus and tropical fruit hops, lemon, mixed light tropical fruit and a little mineral. Flavor is mild pale and biscuit malt, light citrus and tropical fruit hops, crackers, vague citrus and mild light tropical fruit. Classic soft feel of a New England IPA and similarly quite light flavor and hop bitterness. This is the closest I recall to the soft hop New England style from Block 15. I'm not a hazy IPA fan, but these guys usually throw me a bone with some solid bitterness in the finish; not this time. Easy to drink, but leaves little impression. Should satisfy those who like this style.
