Can pour.
A clear straw yellow with a rapidly receding white head. The nose is wheat, clean, light lactic acidity, softly oaky with a light funk. Soft straw. The palate is clean, straw like wheat , with a clean, snappy lactic acidity. Delicate salt and coriander notes are present, making the palate quite refreshing and quenching. Drying, softly tart finish with light notes of yogurt and coriander. Excellent.
