Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a moderately hazy, light to medium golden amber with a three finger head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of pale malt with a touch of caramel, citrus, mild mixed tropical fruit, hints of pine. Flavor is pale malt, mixed tropical fruit, mixed citrus and pine with some light dankness in the finish; a bit more than moderate bitterness. Medium bodied with nice moderate creaminess, nice mouthfeel. This tastes like it's a compilation of several IPA styles, which is exactly what it claims to be. There is a definite WC component of citrus and pine, especially in the aroma and finish, while the haziness belies the mixed tropical and stone fruit that is the main character. There is some softness to the hops and a restrained bitterness similar to a hazy IPA. Fortunately, this has some solid bitterness in the finish with the piney notes, although it is a little restrained from many in this series. As usual, the hop bill, while busy, is quite compelling and inviting. I'm a big fan of the Sticky Hands IPAs and have never been disappointed, even with the ones with some haze heritage like this one.

Slightly hazy pour, frothy head good lacing. Nose is faintly piney, not much else. Taste is straight on bitterness with only a nod to a malt base. Plenty of flavor here, perhaps leaning a bit to the hop bill. It's good, in the shadow of the main event.
