Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium golden amber with a two finger white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of pale malt with light caramel, citrus and lightly piney hops, orange, grapefruit and light mixed stone fruit. Flavor is pale malt, citrus and piney hops, orange, light grapefruit, mild mixed stone fruit and pine. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A fine Centennial fresh hop IPA. The citrus and pine aromas and flavors are exactly what I expect from this hop. Fine level of finishing bitterness. Block 15 is always a solid option for IPAs and this is a nice one. Apparently the hop changes year to year, but Centennial is a great choice for a single hop ale.
