Using hop blend "Turkey's Pick" from Hop Revolution in New Zealand and PNW Crosby Hops with our Sticky Hands base. Expect loads of resin-dipped citrus and tropical fruit notes to share for the start of turkey season.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a lightly hazy, light to medium golden amber with a two finger white head that continues to grow for a while after pouring. Aroma of pale malt, citrus, tropical fruit and dank hops, mixed tropical fruit, orange and a little pine. Flavor is pale malt, citrus and tropical fruit hops, mixed over-ripe tropical fruit, pine needles, orange and grapefruit; dankness develops into the finish with fine bitterness. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. The Southern Hemisphere hops character is clear in this version of Sticky Hands. Tastes like a hybrid of NE hazy tropical fruit IPA and a West Coast piney and citrus one, but with the usual solid bitterness of the latter. A nice dank and piney IPA with some tropical fruit notes.

10oz pour at Nebulous. Hazy golden pour, soft off-white foamy head. Light hoppy aroma still lets the malty notes shine. Taste is subtle hoppiness at first, bitter, citrus, zesty, earthy, sweet. Overall a hoppy vibe, but not one that beats you over the head. Slow, developing character that grows. Nice.
