Clear golden amber with plenty of foam in the Timmermans goblet. Citrus aromas with a whiff of pine. Big flavor of lemon peel with grapefruit finish. Fruity flavors with resiny finish. Quite bitter aftertaste with some residual sweetness. Overall it's a flavorful hoppy brew rather heavy on the hops, but interesting for the uncompromising West Coast IPA profile. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 02/27/24.
