On tap at ABV
A clear light orange with a thin white head that falls off rapidly leaving little lacing this looks solid. The nose is tart and had notes of white wine, tart wheat, mineral, grape, mildly floral honey. The palate opens tart with honey, white wine, stone fruit, mild lactic acid, a little lemon, quite excellent. The mid palate has mineral and wheat notes with more semi ripe grape. Drying, lemony and lactic on the finish, this is excellent.

Sampled this in line for the Pappy's Dark release.
Was poured into a small glass from a 2010 22 oz bottle in which it was bottle conditioned. Slightly hazy straw yellow with a light foam layer of large bubbles that almost instantly disappeared.
Smells like sour fruits. Pineapple comes to mind because it wasn't citrus, but it was still sour. Very small malt and hop contribution.
Taste was mainly of wheat with a strong punch of funk to follow it up. Enough sour flavor that I'd say that the 2010 was shining bright in it's prime. Not overpowering, and certainly not enough to make it not drinkable. Refreshing.
Mouthfeel was great. Dry body with sweet flavor. Sharp CO2 and overall very fizzy, bringing the flavors of the wheat and lacto right up through your nose.
Overall, this beer is great if you like sours. If sour isn't really your bag you might want to avoid it. If you have a bottle of the 2010, drink it now. If you have some recent stuff, give it 2 years and it will be perfect.

On draft for the Block 15 Wildwood beer dinner.
The beer pours a fairly light, slightly hazy gold color with good head retention and lacing. On the nose... the complexity in this beer is rather amazing. There is considerable coriander and orange peel, which coupled with the light honey, gave this beer something of a chardonnay aroma. Really, really impressive... there's also some light wheatiness and sour, with the sour surprisingly prominent on the palate. The coriandor and orange are dialed down considerably on the palate, though I pick up some honey and light wheat flavor, along with the sour. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, and there's some tartness in the finish that adds to this beer's enjoyment. Drinkabilty is very good, though the sour is a bit of a surprise, and I suspect not to everyone's taste (the women next to me were not very happy with the sour/tartness in their wit).
Along with the figgy pudding and super nebula, this was probably my favorite beer at the dinner. Very, very nice...
