Look: Clear light orange in color with a fast-forming head that settles slowly to a lid and leaves good lacing behind
Aroma: Melon, lychee, kiwi, fruity Cannabis, Gewurtzriminer grapes, diesel, mandarins, and bready malt
Taste: Oh yeah. Kicks off with layers of fruity and gassy Cannabis that pile on while homogenizing and soon joined by lychee and Gewurtz grapes. Kiwi and melon assert themselves in the middle, along with some sweet citrus fruit and these all go back and forth throughout until it closes out with a nice, light bite
Mouthfeel: Full, lightly slick, clean, medium-high carbonation, and slick and smooth on the finish
Overall: This is totally my jam. I took a flier on this as its Block 15 and hoppy so figured I couldn’t go wrong and figured correctly. However, this is even better than I expected. The flavor and aroma mix of these 3 hops shines and I’m not too familiar with 2 of them either but now want to be. The grape, melon, kiwi, dank, and sweet citrus combo is really tasty and as usual, this is very well put-together. Cheers to B15 for this gem and highly recommended

Lovely aroma of cedar and melon. Sudsy and lively in the mouth. Just slightly sweet and plenty fruity. Flavors hint at blueberry, strawberry, and some green apricot. Finishes with a dark note of grapes and stems, and a moderate bitter aftertaste. Very intriguing hops and not the usual citrus overload. This is another IPA that's going to be a favorite and I hope they keep it in the rotation, or at least use the recipe for inspiration. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 03/13/25, exactly a month old.
