Pours a slightly hazed amber with ample foam in the goblet. Aroma is orange rind with something dank and musty. Taste is fruity and powerful. Resin, pine, and canned peaches. Very sweet, then quite bitter. I guess this is a good old fashioned DIPA, but it tastes like something you'd pay $3.49 for the stovepipe. From the 16 oz can dated 04/16/25.

Light amber pour, crowned with a finger of dense foam. Aromas of fruit roll upward, dense at first, then roll down but still hang out. Taste is very fruity again, semi-dry and with an exceptionally long finish. Pick out berries, stone fruit and tropical besides. Bitterness is present but tempered a bit for a DIPA. The 8.1% ABV is dangerously hidden for once. Not sure if the obscure Harlequin hops has anything to do with that. All together, a very enjoyable DIPA and one that is the equal, if not superior, of its base beer.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium golden amber with a three finger white head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of pale malt, dank and mixed fruit hops, orange, light stone fruit, herbal dankness; aromatic. Flavor is pale malt, mixed fruit hops, orange, grapefruit, passion fruit, green melon and a little herbal dankness and hint of pine. Sturdy, but not strong bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. My first experience with Harlequin hops and I'm intrigued. Although the the main flavor is mixed tropical and stone fruit, it also has some citrus and dankness and the combination is somewhat mellow, but enjoyable. It's not a profile I expected to enjoy, but I'm digging it. Another Sticky Hands winner. This is a series that I never pass up when a new one arrives. One of the more impressive heads on an IPA I can remember and long lasting.
