A precision collaboration blending our craft with Chris King's legendary attention to detail. Simcoe, Citra, and Eclipse hops impart bright citrus and stone fruit notes, complimented by crisp malt, for a modern West Coast IPA.

Look: Yellow and nearly clear with a voluptuous white head that slowly settles to a pillow and retains nicely, coating the rim with lace as it does
Aroma: White grapefruit, blueberries, pine sap and needles, light passionfruit, Cara cara orange, strawberries, mango, and bready malt
Taste: Passionfruit, oranges, and mango jump out quickly and strike hard before settling in and developing depth. Pine, grapefruit, and berries come next with each shining briefly on their own and then blending into the pack. Closes with more berries, a lot of pine, grapefruit-orange, and a nice, light bite
Mouthfeel: Full, lightly slick, clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean on the finish with just a touch of dryness
Overall: This is some good stuff. A new one for me and it’s good, as I expected it to be given these folks’ IPA brewing prowess. A nice berry/pine/citrus combo with some tropical fruit in the mix and a great overall West Coast feel, not to mention the sub 6.5% ABV. I’ve bought in and this one is worth giving a go
