Slightly hazy pour, thin head. Aroma is pineapple straight-up. A sip gives you a moderately dry, strongly flavored taste, yet lacking in harshness. Smooth feel. You do get some hotness from the 8.1% ABV. Finish is fine, carbonation aplenty. Very nice IPA.

One of my favorite beers. This is a variation, released about a week prior, encountered and enjoyed on tap. True to form WCIPA with a subtle piney note, perhaps wine grape? I am going to guess Nectaron? Mosaic? Nelson? Clearly I’m spitballing here at this point. Lightly chewy, slightly resinous, mildly bitter. Enjoyable as always.
