given to me as a gift, but I believe it was bottled around 2013. 375 mL bottle.
A: crystal clear straw gold body. head started white and bubbly, but quickly subdued.
S: apples and fruit. champagne like aroma. grape must. white oak barrel.
T: very tart. a bit of apple juice flavor. oak flavor is present as well, but definitely mild. actually i lied, quite a bit of oak flavor. a little bit of rubbing alcohol in the finish.
M: very effervescent carb. light bodied sour brew.
D: overall, an easy drinking brew that I am not getting any off flavors from as it has aged. I think the apple juice/acetaldehyde notes might be onto something, but at this point still good stuff.

bright golden color, nice head. smell is very vinegary and acedic...definitely a lambic here. taste is just sour enough and just tart enough. great flavor though not too funky. very acedic. love it. mild body, mild carbonation.
overall a treat to drink! impressive
