Alchemy Brewing in Brunswick East Melbourne is a premier craft brewery, bar, and restaurant housed in a converted warehouse that exudes an industrial-inspired aesthetic. The spacious venue features high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and an abundance of natural light that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
As you enter, you're greeted with large windows opening onto Lygon street, giving the space an airy and open-air atmosphere in warmer months. The venue also boasts an abundance of plants, including two beautiful green walls, creating a lush and inviting ambiance. The seating options include large communal/group tables, booth seating, and smaller tables, as well as a free pool table for guests to enjoy.
At the back of the venue, you'll find our on-site micro-brewery, where our team of passionate and experienced brewers craft a wide range of beers, including IPAs, lagers, and ales, using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. We take pride in producing high-quality handcrafted beers that cater to both craft beer enthusiasts and traditional beer lovers.
In addition to our handcrafted beers, we offer an impressive wine list, a tailored selection of spirits, and house-made cocktails that perfectly complement our gastropub-style menu. Our kitchen uses fresh and locally sourced ingredients to create dishes that cater to all dietary requirements, including vegetarian and vegan options.
