APRIL 2023.
It's a 5.5% West Coast Ipa.
33 cl can bought from Eataly (€2.90)
On the nose immediately fruity notes, not only citrus, also tropical and ripe fruit.
Poured it is a golden blond, slightly veiled but not too much, indeed overall clean beer.
Rather minimal foam and very little consistency.
In the mouth there is a fruity taste that envelops the palate with flavors that refer to peach, mango and ripe citrus fruits, not sour or bitter.
The finish is dry and cleanses the tongue, leaving the taste of fruit salad on the palate.
There is not a real bitter note that remains on the tongue.
Too rich in fruity aromas and with a finish that I would have liked with a more marked bitterness.
Good and enjoyable, but more generic IPA than West Coast IPA.
Great quality/price ratio.
