Thanks to a particularly elaborate mashing process, our aromatic wheat beer impresses with its pronounced banana aroma - typical of young, very fresh wheat beers.

Traditional bottle fermentation gives the wheat beer an additional subtle yeast note. This top-fermented wheat beer specialty is pleasantly full-bodied and very tangy. Perfectly poured, a fine-pored head covers the amber-colored wheat beer and not only goes well with a clean Weißwurst breakfast, but also with fish and seafood.
