Hat Trick Brewing

I dropped in at Hat Trick with a buddy of mine while I was visiting Spokane a couple months back. It’s very much a sports bar, specifically a soccer bar, with sports and movies playing on the TVs. Definitely a basement rec room kind of a vibe going on here. Service was friendly up at the bar.

11 beers plus a house-made seltzer were on tap when I visited. Styles included schwarzbier, pale ale, brown ale, hazy pale, stout, a sour citrus gose, a gruit, three IPAs of various strengths and styles, and an imperial rye rice lager. The schwarzbier was pretty decent, although I didn’t get a chance to try much else. I’ll have to go back the next time I’m in town to sample more of the offerings.

A soccer themed brewery that had a cool vibe if you are a soccer or at minimum a sports fan. Good selection of solid beer. Seemed like the crowd was predominantly regulars when I visited.
