Belgian Dark Strong Ale

I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight whilst on my way to The Masters Tournament. It poured a murky opaque dark amber with thin khaki ring head that left some lace. The scent had suble Belgian yeast notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with dark Belgian malt base common Belgian sweetness and dark fruit presence. The mouthfeel was fuller in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
