Our Festbier-style lager is brewed with the finest heirloom German Pilsner and Munich malts and goes through an intense step mash before being hopped in the kettle with German Perle and Hersbrucker hops from Seitz farm. Once fermentation is complete, we lager until proper maturation and carbonation through head pressure is achieved. Brewed for your enjoyment!

Pours a light yellow with 0.5" cap of foam, light lacing. Nose is a bit odd, suggesting raw kale, bok choy, and assorted green veg. Taste is grassy, lightly herbal, more kale with a bitter finish. feel is soft with light carbonation, a little bit of slickness.

A very pleasant Festbier-style lager. Bright and vibrant, more like a rich German Pils-style brew than a traditional Festbier. Not at all heavy on malts, which are elegantly balanced.
A nice golden color and fresh summery aroma. Extremely drinkable and pleasant on the palate.
Gut stuff.
