Our Dunkel lager starts with the finest heirloom German Pilsner and Munich malts as well as a small portion of German specialty malts. It goes through an intensive step mash before being hopped in the kettle with German Perle and Hallertau Mittelfruh. This beer is spunded near the end of fermentation and lagered until proper maturation. Brewed for your enjoyment!
