Served at pub out by airport. Nice woman behind bar. Asked and told this was a new one, and an APA. Reported single malt and single hop, Also, that hops were grown locally.
Poured a medium dark reddish brown. APA?
Light aromas. Malty not hoppy.
Tasted like a Scottish Ale. Fairly nice malt base. Hidden hops. Not bad...but APA?
Mouth was medium full and smooth. Good drinkability.
Overall, a pleasant but passable beer. I would suggest trying if you're interested in something more British/Scottish. Didn't get much America in this Pale Ale..
