On tap at Rohrbach's Beer Hall in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a fairly dark black, with a small head, and no lacing.
Smells like bitter, ashy roast, and a bit of booze, and not much else.
This one didn't really work for me, it felt overly bitter and unbalanced. I like bitter roasty stouts, but this one was a little bit too much, to be honest. It's ashy, bitter, and boozily astringent, with not enough chocolate and coffee notes to compensate.
This is medium bodied, a bit creamy, with a normal level of carbonation.
A pretty mediocre imperial stout for me, not my favorite for sure.
