On tap at Rohrbach Buffalo Road Brewpub in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like milk and dark chocolate, booze, and astringent.
I'm not 100% sure on how they are related, but Instruments of Darkness was definitely better than Instruments of Doom here. It's a bit boozy, but there's some nice chocolate, and a lot of roast, almost too much, really.
This is medium bodied, and a bit creamy, with a good level of carbonation. It's a slow sipper.
This was definitely passable, but it's nothing you need to really religiously seek out.
