Rohrbach "Railroad Street" Ale (formerly known as Stock Ale) is clear and golden with a dense, creamy, off white foam that leaves outstanding retention and lacing. It has a grainy aroma with notes of citrus peel and flowers. It smells nice and fresh, with a very soft sweetness. It has a creamy, very smooth medium body with a clean finish. The flavor has a nice balance. The grassy, wooden, medicinal bitterness is strong and long. It's spicy and demanding; hearty and bitter. This is a nice, hoppy pale ale here. It's a reasonably complex American IPA.

Rohrbach Dry Hopped Stock Ale is a cloudy honey colored ale with a dense off-white head that has good retention. It smells like dry hops: Leafy, with a lot of citrus peel. It's medium bodied and flat, with a pretty clean finish that's a little acidic. It's quite bitter with notes of citrus and grass. Yeah, it's all hops here. The aftertaste is bitter. Rohrbach Stock Ale is a pretty clear light amber ale with a small white head that fades. There is not too much aroma. There is a slight whiff of malt and molasses, but the hops aren't coming through. It's medium-light bodied and crisp. It's well bittered and zippy. The balance is pretty good. It's OK, but I think I need to sit down with a full pint of this and review it again. Make that a growler.

Fresh from the brewpub tap this beauty poured a cloudy amber color with just a sparse off-white head and modest touches of lace. The aroma is clear piney hops and a hint of rye malt. The flavor offers firm bitterness from citrus hops along with mellow rye and tangy wheat. Fair bodied, very drinkable and very tastey. Very much recommended. Had to bring a growler of this home to Connecticut and can't wait for a refill!

Hazy, orange/copper color. Aroma is huge floral hop with just a hint of the malt beneath. The flavor is more balanced than the aroma suggests. Being an unfiltered IPA really gives it a welcome, full mouthfeel. A treat for sure each time they have it on tap. One of my favorites from this quality local brewer.
