Rohrbach Dry Stout is a black ale with a creamy light beige head with outstanding retention and lacing. This is what you get when you use flaked barley and dispense it with nitrogen. It looks great. It has a roasty aroma that's somewhere between coffee and chocolate. It's medium bodied and very smooth. It feels a little flat. It tastes very simple and mellow. It's a nice roasted flavor. I think this was the last thing brewed here by Bruce Lish.
