This hazy IPA was brewed with large amounts of flaked oats and wheat for it's hazy appearance and smooth mouthfeel. A double dry-hop of cryo Azacca, cryo Sabro, and Nelson Sauvin hops impart aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, and freshly crushed grapes. After fermentation, the brew was conditioned on fresh orange puree for a Mimosa-inspired finish.

Taster at taproom. Golden pour, bubbly head. Aroma and taste are sweet and hoppy, fruity. Full feel. Boy it's hard to to take notes when a friendly local chats you up and buys your beer!

Pours a clear yellow. Thin foam. Sweet aroma. Very sweet mimosa body. Too sweet. Not many IPA characteristics. A slight bitter finish. Not really that great.

On tap at Jines Restaurant in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazy but mostly clear dark orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells pretty malty, with astringent orange peel and some piney hop character.
This doesn't really accomplish what it seems to have been setting out to do - it's just too astringent and malty. I expected a hazy juicy mimosa-like thing, and that's not what this is. It's just a super basic hazy-light IPA that's neither a good West Coast style IPA or a good NE-style IPA.
This is light bodied, kind of bitter, with a minimal drinkability.
IPAs are never really gonna be the absolute forte of this brewery.
