Rohrbach Steam is a slightly hazy amber ale with a thin, off white head that has excellent retention and lacing. It has a sweet malty aroma that makes it identifiable as Rohrbachs. It's medium bodied; very smooth with a clean finish. It's very well balanced with a slightly sweet malt and a botanical bitterness. The bitterness lingers. This is a very sluggable beer here.
