This classic Amber Ale makes use of a clever blend of crystal, caramel, and honey malts for a lush color and ample-bodied drinking experience. After the brew completed it's fermentation was cold-steeped on 12 pounds of honeybush tea. The result is a perfect early-summer beer that has a refreshingly dry hint of sweetness.

On tap at Rohrbach Brewpub in Rochester, NY.

This one pours a light reddish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like caramel, vaguely of tea, and some honey as well.

This is pretty boring, with just a generic honey like sweetness, and not much bitterness. It’s not bad by any means, it’s just super basic and a bit too sweet.

This is kind of thin, but drinkable enough, with a smooth finish.

I don’t really hate this, it was just too simple and not interesting enough.
