We've been working on something very special with our friends over at Rohrbach! We are delighted to announce our NEW Limited Edition Italian Pilsner - Cent'Anni! Meaning "May You Live 100 Years!"
This crisp brew was inspired by our Italian Roots. We imported premium Eraclea Pilsner Malt from Venice, Italy to deliver you it's sweetbread and honey malt base. Saphir hops were then added to create a balanced bitterness with delicate notes of juniper, lemongrass and fresh berries - giving you a delightful & refreshing finish!
This Pilsner is also in celebration of the 66 years that Rubino's has been in business - cheers to 66 and 100 more!

Cans purchased at Rubino’s Italian Market – the best subs in Rochester!
This one pours a clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like toasted grain, lemony hops, a nice minerality, and some grassiness.
Rohrbach’s and Rubino’s are both Rochester classics, so I’m happy they’re collaborating here. This is a well done Italian pilsner, with a nice lemony and herbal bitterness, some pine, and a toasty and bready malt backbone that works really well.
This is pretty light bodied, clean, and crisp, with a great drinkability.
