On tap at The Gate House in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazy dark orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like a pineapple candle covered in soap – what happened here? This is really unappetizing on the nose.
Space Kitty is not really one of my favorites, so I’m not entirely sure why I would order this one. It’s got a slick, syrupy taste to it, and basically just tastes like a melted candle, with fake pineapple chemicals in it, doused in hand soap. It’s so perfumey and artificially sweet, I have no idea why this one possibly went to market if it tastes like this.
This is too thick and too sweet for a double IPA, just not drinkable at all unfortunately.
This was a disaster – one of the worst beers that I’ve had from Rohrbach.
