This one pours a nice golden brown color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells nicely malty and toasty, with caramel, slight rye-like spice, and pine.
This is really exactly what I’d expect for a “sticke” or “double” alt, as there’s an assertive but pleasant hop bitterness, and a really toasty, lightly sweet, and bready malt backbone.
This is medium bodied, slightly creamy, with a nice crisp finish.
This is exactly the sort of beer that I trust Rohrbach to do well.
