A rich barrel aged chocolate stout brewed with cocoa nibs, deep layers of chocolate and warm oak wrapped in a silk slow-sipping finish. Perfect for winter nights and dessert-worthy pours

This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells quite chocolatey, but also like cookie dough, roasted malt, and coffee.
This is super fudgy, and much thicker and creamier than I’d expect from a Rohrbach stout. There’s some nice subtle barrel here – oaky, and that sort of cookie dough flavor I frequently get out of barrel aged stouts. It’s really chocolatey and creamy, with some roastiness, and distinct notes of coffee, despite no coffee being added.
This is medium bodied, very creamy, and pretty drinkable.
