This is Squatters Pub Brewery.
A restaurant/pub with an interior which is quite nice, with a tall ceiling. Lots of wood, brass and some copper, inside. The tap keeper was very easy to talk with and was really knowledgeable about beer in general and Utah breweries in particular.
