I'm definitely no expert but I'm guessing there's Mosaic in here cuz it's got that juicyfruit bubblegum tropical sweetness on the nose and on the palate. Huge pineapple, mango, melon and orange juice right upfront without much bitterness on the back end as it finishes on the sweeter side rather than drying so the aftertaste lingers a bit. Caramel bready malt forms a nice foundation underneath and the alcohol does poke through a bit more than I'd like on the back half. Carbonation gives that pillowy soft creaminess I love so much in hazy's. Damn delicious brew and I'm a huge fan of what Ramble West is doing!
