Growler fresh from the brewery - pours a lightly hazed pale straw color with a nice 2 finger frothy white cap...aromas of fresh biscuits and herbs (Nobel hopping), a whiff of green apple peel....med-light bodied, mellow rounded character, well balanced....Flavor has malts and hops (herbal-floral) in balance, side tones of cider and yeast....finish is clean, crisp and drying....one of the best craft Pilsners out there....Sir Richard the prohibitionist must be spinning in his grave.
