Wandering Westward dated BB 07/18/25, pours a clean, clear, golden color with little head. The smell is clean hoppiness that's not very strong and it pretty much follows the nose in taste. Clean and fresh, not piney nor bitter but crisp. Seems very drinkable and found fresh again, I would buy again.

Beer like this trips me out. An organic beer from Texas that is sold at my local hipster grocer? Ok, why not? I mean, someone had to have the money honey to make that happen. But like DB Cooper, I don’t think I’ll find out anything about it anytime soon.

Moving along, shall we?

If I was born and lived next to a Great Lake, I would not wander west for this beer. Not that it’s bad, no, sir! Honestly, it’s pretty good for being so damn random - but it’s a little too new age West Coast for me. No pine, no resin, no weed, nothing og. It might even have some Cryo junk in it. But if so, it’s lite. And I love the label - ingredients: organic hops. But it doesn’t list which kind…

Actually, let’s come full circle right now like a wagon train with a bunch of Indians coming after them…

This damn thing opens up like The Big Sky. And when I sip as I sit, flavors have developed more. And then there is a very creamy and lush backbone - unlike a yellow belly coward who cheats at Stud.

As a whole, I feel whole. Like satisfied, you know? And unlike Mick Jagger, well, I think you know where the Raul man is going.

Wash up and wash well, my children.

Purchased a can of this beer at the local Total Wine.

It is certified USDA Organic. Poured into a tulip glass. Bright clear yellow color with a a good foamy white head and nice curtain. Floral, slightly fruity smell and taste. Not too piney but a nice hoppy, bitter finish.

The brewery isn’t too far and hope to visit sometime.
